• Created, maintained, scoped, organised, and performed a multitude of Professional Service offerings and engagements including PoC, PoT, Pilots, product upgrade assurance, browser migration assurance, ROM expert services, build reviews, partner enablement, solution delivery, workshops, education sessions, Expert Connect, demonstrations and more
• Trained and mentored Blue Prism Senior Developers, Solution Designers, ROM Architects and Technical Architects both within Blue Prism and at customer & partner organisations
