1. 4 years of hands-on Blue Prism development experience
2. Certified Blue Prism Developer
3. Experience in understanding, designing, developing and testing Blue Prism processes
4. Excellent knowledge and experience of the full end-to-end RPA project lifecycle
5. Knowledge of technical SDLC – solution design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, operational support and maintenance
6. A background in computer science, programming and training in project management
7. Good technical knowledge of HTML, SAP & C++ 
8. Degree in Computer Science
