• Skilled in Automation Opportunity Discovery, Definition and Optimisation. Passionate about helping businesses achieve success via automation.
• Extensive experience with a range of technologies including Celonis, RPA (UiPath), BPM and other ML tools.
• Expertise in understanding processes and discussing gaps and improvements with businesses before defining activities ahead of process mining tech implementation.
• Conducted workshops on process mining and data gathering for SMEs, GPOs and DMOPs.
• Possesses a proven track record in the delivery of implementation, upgrades, production and user support throughout their career.
