• A background in converting user requirements to detailed design documents and estimating the workaround time for each task
• Implementing and creating governance plans, project management guidelines, deployment and development methodologies (DevOps) to reduce error, increase implementation times and quicken Power Platform and SharePoint development
• Responsible for line management, peer reviews, and personal development plans for team members
• Ability to run and lead workshops with stakeholders to articulate the current technology features
• Experience across a range of sectors including Finance, Insurance, Supply Chain & Retail
