Areas of expertise

• Led the consulting specialism for IA and Emerging Technologies and acted as a group expert on the Future of Work and AI, and recognized national voice on the subject.
• Established, scaled and transitioned successful CoEs for Blue Light organisations and Government departments.
• Led the scaling of a RPA CoE for a global system integrator. Working remotely across the USA and India, restructured teams and implemented a new Opportunity Analysis and Delivery framework whilst scaling resources and implementing new governance structures.
• Built a high-performing new team of PMs, PMOs and BAs and scaled to 40 in under 6 months.
• Responsible for pipeline generation, demand management and e2e delivery across 70 business units.
• Proposed a highly innovative portfolio of products and negotiated commercials which were highly compelling and disruptive in the market.
• Delivered Digital Transformation for a large (>4000 FTE) Financial Services client in order to consolidate their Automation solutions and optimise their operations.
