Overview

  1. Head of Customer Office for one of the leading 3 RPA Vendors, a multifaceted role encompassing both Customer Success and Professional Services.
  2. A dynamic, transformational thought leader delivering high-quality service execution, strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement to provide class-leading customer experiences that promote satisfaction, retention and sustainable growth.
  3. A notable capacity for defining and translating both customer and business needs into innovative solutions that optimize operational capacity while streamlining costs, underpinned by an aptitude for overdelivering against challenging corporate targets.
  4. Providing leadership to 50 people across EMEA with team members in France, Spain, Germany, UAE, and the UK.
  5. Responsible for driving success to 1400+ customers and delivering professional services packages across the customer base.
  6. Redefined the strategy for the Customer Office including the definition of the Professional Services Charter for an area which has historically struggled to monetise services effectively.
