• Possesses a commercial and operational background allowing him to work seamlessly with the business and drive improvements across wide-ranging and large-scale IT teams.

• Driven multi-million Euro cost efficiencies across a complex organisation by streamlining technologies, negotiating licensing and introducing advanced tech such as AI and Automation.

• Owned a Multi-Million-dollar P&L with a team of 105 (11 direct reports) delivering automation, advanced technology and AI consulting and delivery services.

• Created a new change management and management consulting practice for a tech start-up, growing from start-up to a company sale of ~$75m in 3 years.
