Overview

An experienced RPA Consultant, driving complex, large-scale transformation programmes in high-technology environments across Financial Services and Public Sector clients globally. Passionate about helping organisations utilise new technology to transform their business, delivering sustained operational efficiencies and customer service improvements. 

1. Provided support to improve a government automation delivery centre to widen their capability, and provide technical program management support
2. Identified risks, inefficiencies and bottlenecks to improve and reduce cross-team issues
3. Implemented ICR capabilities into a client’s automation program/platform and led the delivery of multiple RPA projects on time and within budget. 
4. Provided hands-on (technical) program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
5. Delivered a comprehensive vendor assessment based on 300+ business requirements

Skills:

• Experience in delivering and management of SaaS or enterprise technologies
• PRINCE2 project management certification
• Experience in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma)
• Experience in managing technical-oriented support teams
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx, Confluence, JIRA, Clarity
• Proficient in RPA technologies (UiPath, Blue Prism, NICE), Intelligent Character Recognition (Hyperscience)
